8 Week Strength Cycle
Want to get stronger? Want to make some gains on your lifts? Kevin Lutz will be coaching our 8 Week Strength Cycle for us here at CrossFit Okanagan! His cycle will coach and train on the following lifts: Squat, Bench Press & Deadlifts. Kevin is one of the strongest athletes in Kelowna and trains at Hard Knox Power Lifting Club & CFOK. He completed his Kinesiology Degree and competed at Worlds for Team Canada for Weight Lifting. He also trains Brent Fikowski who is a professional CrossFit Athlete and is training for The Reebok CrossFit Games this summer! Come see what Kevin can teach you in just a few weeks!

Coach Kevin Lutz is very excited to have the opportunity to host another Strength Club : Session 4 – 8 Week Cycle, 3X /Week! Those looking to learn or revamp their squat, bench, and deadlift technique, this club is for you! The 8 weeks are broken down into a learning and a testing phase, focusing on building those core lifts followed by a testing week . Classes are one hour in length. We’ve had people add 40+ pounds to their deadlifts & squats, 30+ pounds to their bench! Results are guaranteed Plus, the team environment is a great way to make friends & meet new people in the fitness community! So if you want to learn these movements, follow a structured program, make great gains & have fun doing it – then this is the program for you!
