George Flegg

George is Crossfit Okanagans resident loud mouth, you’ll find George on Tuesday evenings coaching a little louder than needed but you’ll have a good time. After 8 years in the airforce being shouted at to run faster and do more burpees the tables have turned. Having done all forms of training from body building to powerlifting, George started at Crossfit Okanagan in 2018 as an open gym member and over time grew to love CrossFit. Now coaching and loving it more than training, Georges favourite movements to teach are bar muscle ups and handstand walking, the movements that when it all clicks seem so easy!
