The Grizzly Games are back!
One of our favourite weekends of the year is officially returning.
Join us on July 11 and 12 for the return of the Grizzly Games, a weekend of competition, community, and big energy.
Whether you’re stepping onto the competition floor for the first time or you’re ready to test yourself at a higher level, there’s a division for you. Athletes can compete in Scaled, Intermediate, or RX divisions.
Registration opens April 1, so start getting your training dialed in, lining up your teammate, and rallying your crew.

What it is
The Okanagan Grizzly Games is a CrossFit competition held in the Okanagan Valley.

How it works
Everything You Need to Know
The Okanagan Grizzly Games is a partner competition — you and one teammate, same gender, taking on three workouts across two days in two of Kelowna's best venues. No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, there's a spot for you.
Day One
Inside the gym where it all started. Expect classic CrossFit stimulus in a world-class facility — barbell work, gymnastics, and conditioning that sets the tone for Day 2.
Day Two
Take it outside. Right on the waterfront in the heart of the city, Day 2 raises the stakes with an outdoor backdrop that's equal parts beautiful and brutal.
Three Workouts
Each team completes three programmed workouts across the two days. The programming is designed to be varied, challenging, and true to CrossFit.
One Partner
This isn't a solo competition. Team up with one partner and get ready to tackle every workout side by side.
