Heidi Miller
Heidi fell in love with the CrossFit methodology back in 2014 and has been coaching since 2018. She’s participated in many local CrossFit competitions, as has dabbled in Strongman as well. In 2018 she earned her master’s degree in nutrition and loves helping others to break through the fads and misinformation to land on a way of eating that fits their goals and lifestyle. As a coach, she loves breaking down movement patterns into manageable chunks to help others learn something new. Her favourite part of coaching is watching athletes achieve that AHA moment after they’ve been working on a new skill for awhile. She’ll never turn down a heavy barbell workout!
