Michelle Boot

Michelle Boot is CrossFit Okanagan’s 55+ CrossFit coach, a 500 hour yoga teacher and holistic wellness coach. She has been immersed in the CrossFit community since 2009 and coaching ever since. Michelle has coached all ages—from preschoolers to seniors—and believes deeply that empowered movement is for everyone and Every Body.

She finds great joy in creating specialty programs such as Forever Fit, CFOK’s 55+ class, along with personalized offerings that meet people where they are. Michelle takes a whole-person approach to fitness, blending yoga philosophy, CrossFit methodology, Reiki practice, and life coaching to support those who may feel hesitant about traditional group classes.

On a personal note, Michelle met her husband, Troy, when he owned his first gym in 1988. They have been partners in life and in the gym ever since and have proudly owned CrossFit Okanagan since 2022.
